During a Christmas dinner, tasty snacks are of course one of the most important things! We are happy to give you the recipes of our favorite cocktail and dessert!

Cocktail:

Recipe for 2 cocktails

• 80ml Vodka
• 40 ml Triple sec
• 40 ml Lime juice
• 20 ml Cranberry juice
• Ice cubes

• Cocktail shaker
• Martini glass

Step 1 Place the cocktail glasses in the freezer for a while or fill with ice cubes.

Step 2 Fill the cocktail shaker with the ice cubes.

Step 3 Add all ingredients to the shaker cup. You can easily do this with a bar buddy, for example.

Step 4 Shake the cocktail shaker hard until your drink is well chilled.

Step 5 Pour your drink into the chilled martini glass.

Step 6 Serve with a slice of lime or curled orange peel.

Dessert:

Recipe for 10 pieces

• 125 grams mascarpone
• 125 ml whipped cream
• 1 lemon
• 1 bag of vanilla sugar
• 250 grams of strawberries
• 5 tablespoons icing sugar
• 150 grams of sugar
• 1 egg
• 180 g butter (a little more for greasing)
• 310 g flour (a little more for dusting)
• Pinch of salt

• Mixer
• Cake tins of approximately 12 cm

Step 1 Place the sugar and butter in a bowl and mix together. Add the egg and then the flour and a pinch of salt. Mix with a mixer until you get a crumbly dough. Then knead everything together into a ball. Wrap it in foil and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 2 Zest the lemon and squeeze out the juice.

Step 3 Mix the mascarpone with the lemon zest, vanilla sugar and whipped cream until a creamy mixture. Then place in the refrigerator until the pie crust has cooled.

Step 4 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease the tart tins with a little butter and add a little flour to prevent the dough from sticking.

Step 5 After 30 minutes, remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out.

Step 6 Line the tart tins with the dough. Poke a few holes in the bottom with a fork and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Remove them from the oven and let them cool.

Step 7 Then fill with the fresh mascarpone cream and top with strawberries.

Step 8 Mix the icing sugar with a few drops of water to make a thick glaze. Sprinkle the cakes with this.

Step 9 Enjoy the delicious cakes for dessert with your Christmas dinner!
