All-round webshop employee (CLOSED)

We are hiring! 
On November 1, 2017, Olivia & Kate opened its digital doors for the first time. Since then, we have been well on our way to becoming one of the fastest growing web shops in the Netherlands! We are therefore immediately looking for an enthusiastic babe for our webshop. In this all-round position you assist the webshop manager and work together on the online success of Olivia & Kate. 

Responsibilities:

Customer servicee
  • Answer email & webcare questions
  • Back office
Fulfillment
  • Pack orders and prepare them for shipment
  • Returns & Exchanges
  • Stock management of all products
Web management
  • Putting new products/collections live
  • Managing all content and product pages in our CMS system
  • Writing SEO and product texts
Marketing
  • Newsletter
  • Support of online campaigns and promotions
    Office
    • Order office and shipping supplies
    Must have:
    • Minimum MBO education
    • You are available from Monday to Friday
    • Living in the Haarlem area
    • Experience in e-commerce and fashion
    Skills: 
    • You are precise, stress-resistant and work in a structured way 
    • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written
    • You easily write commercial and creative texts
    • You have knowledge of Photoshop
    • You don't have a 9-5 mentality
    • You have a passion for fashion and the latest trends
    • You are creative, independent, ambitious and a go-getter
    Information: 
    • Location: Haarlem center (2 minutes walk from Haarlem station)
    • Number of hours: full-time
    • Days: Monday to Friday
    • Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
    • Salary: competitive
