Shipping

What are the shipping costs and delivery times per country?

It applies free shipping when you spend €75 within the Netherlands.

For orders under €75 within the Netherlands, a flat shipping rate of €4.99 applies.
Shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands are automatically calculated at checkout, depending on the destination country.

Shipping times

  • Ordered before 11:59 PM on workdays = shipped the same day.
  • Ordered before 10:00 PM on the weekend = shipped the same day.

Please note: If your order amount falls below €75 after returning one or more items, the free shipping will expire. The shipping costs of €4.99 will then still be charged.


How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped from our distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a track & trace code. From the moment your package has been transferred to the delivery person, you can track the shipment via this code.

I want to collect my package in the store, is that possible?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to collect your package from our store.

I have placed a pre-order, when can I expect it?

We do not immediately have a pre-order item in stock and will only ship it as soon as we receive it.

Please note: If you have ordered multiple items, we will only ship your order once it is complete. The expected delivery time of your pre-order can be found on the product page on our website.

I am not at home when my order is delivered, what should I do?

No problem! The delivery person will put a note in your mailbox and let you know what steps to take. Would you rather receive your package at a different time or have it delivered to a service point? That is also possible!
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email in your mailbox.

 You can immediately change the time or location of delivery in this email! Great because there are no extra costs charged for this! Did you not receive this email? Please check the spam mailbox, the email may have ended up there.

My package was sorted incorrectly, what now?

Your order must now first be sorted again by the delivery service. This may take a number of working days. We recommend that you keep a close eye on the track & trace. This will become visible as soon as a new delivery date is known. If you do not see a new update after 5 working days, please contact our customer service.

I have not received my refund, what now? 

Have you already sent your return but not yet received a refund? Don't worry, we are happy to help you!

First, make sure the return has been received by our distribution center. Once your return has been processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method or to the gift card if you have chosen this.

Has it already been a few working days since receipt, but the amount is still not in your account? Please send us an email with your order number and any track & trace of the return shipment, so that we can immediately check this for you.

We will do our best to arrange everything for you as quickly as possible!

Discounts

My discount code doesn't work, what should I do?

You can send an email towebshop@olivia-kate.nl. Mention the discount code you want to use and we will find out for you as soon as possible why it does not work. Please note: only one discount code can be applied per order.

I forgot to enter my discount code, what should I do?

No problem! Send an email to webshop@olivia-kate.nl. Please state the discount code you want to use. We will find out as soon as possible whether it is possible to enter the discount code for you.

The items I ordered are now on sale, is it possible to receive this discount?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund the discount afterwards.

If the discount is added within 48 hours of completing your order, we can compensate this difference with an Olivia & Kate gift card. Does this apply to your order? Then send an email to webshop@olivia-kate.nl with the item(s) that went on sale. Do you want to return an item from the order? Then we have to wait until the return has been processed. Once this has been processed, we will send the gift card code by email.

Order

How can I place an order?

1. Order | Place all items in your shopping cart. Then go to your shopping cart. 

2. Shopping cart | Check your order to see if everything is correct. Then click CHECK OUT.

3. Data | Enter your personal information here and click on CHOOSE SHIPPING METHOD.
4. Shipping method | Select your shipping method here and then click CHOOSE PAYMENT METHOD.
5. Payment method | Choose which payment method you wish to use and then click CHECKOUT. 

You will immediately receive an order confirmation in your mailbox as soon as payment has been made. Once we are preparing your order, you will also receive a shipping confirmation. This states when you can expect your package. The track & trace code may not work immediately. This is because we have already prepared the package, but it has not yet been shipped. The track & trace code will work at the beginning of the evening!

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order. However, with an account you have an overview of your order history and your details are remembered for faster processing for your next order.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

Have you not received your order? Please let our customer service know within 4 days of the expected delivery. Unfortunately, we can no longer investigate orders that are reported later. This has to do with insurance conditions. 

Have you not yet received your order outside the 4-day period? Then send an email to webshop@olivia-kate.nl we will be happy to help you further.

Always check the delivery address carefully before placing an order. If the address is entered incorrectly, we will not be able to reship the order without incurring a new shipping charge.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

If the amount has been debited from your account, the email may have ended up in your spam box. Always check this first! If you can't find it there either, we will be happy to find it for you. Send an email with a print screen of your payment and the description to webshop@olivia-kate.nl. We will respond to your email as soon as possible! 

I have entered an incorrect address, I want to cancel or change my order, what should I do?

Wrong address
How annoying, but that can happen! Send an email to as soon as possible webshop@olivia-kate.nl with the order number and the correct address. If your order has not yet been given to the postman, we can see what we can do for you. If your package has already been taken, unfortunately we can no longer change the address for this shipment. In that case, you can have the package diverted to a parcel shop. This way you can still receive your order quickly. Does this not work? Your package will then be returned to us. As soon as we receive it, we will change the address and resend it immediately! 

Cancel order
Send an email to as soon as possible webshop@olivia-kate.nl  with the order number and your question. If your order has not yet been given to the postman, we can see what we can do for you. If your package has already been taken, unfortunately we can no longer stop or adjust this shipment. 


Change order
Unfortunately, you cannot change your order once you have already placed the order. Have you seen something nice in our webshop after you have already placed the order? If you place 2 orders on the same day, you can send an email to webshop@olivia-kate.nl. In that case, we will reimburse the shipping costs for 1 of the 2 orders.

How can I change the delivery time or delivery address of my order?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an email in which you can change the delivery time. Click on the link in this email to indicate your preferences. Are you not at home or would you prefer to pick up the package at a collection point? Then it is also possible to choose to pick up the package at a collection point. 

Are the items in my shopping cart or wishlist reserved?

Items in your shopping cart or wishlist are not automatically reserved. This may prevent an item from disappearing from your shopping cart if someone else orders it before.

How do I know which size to order?

We recommend that you check what size the model is wearing and base your choice on this. If an item fits differently than normal, we will clearly state this in the product description. You can also use our size chart or size tool to find the right size. 

Are you unsure or do you want to know the exact dimensions?  Please feel free to contact our customer service. 

What is the best way to wash my item?

We always recommend that you first check the washing label in your clothing, which states exactly at what temperature and in what way the item can be washed.

On our website you will also find our washing advice for each product. Follow these instructions carefully for the best results!

How do you use a gift card for your payment?

Below we explain step by step how to pay with a gift card:

Olivia & Kate Gift card

  1. Place all your favorite items in your shopping cart and go to 'order'.
  2. Select "Gift cards" from the payment options in the check-out and then click on "Pay now".
  3. A special window will open where you can fill in the details of your gift card on the back.
  4. Is the amount of your gift card higher than your purchase? No problem! The remaining amount will remain on your card. Is your purchase amount higher? Then you can pay the remaining amount with another payment method.

Paid with Olivia & Kate gift card / Fashion voucher / VVV gift card?

If you paid with FashionCheque or a VVV gift voucher, we unfortunately cannot issue a new Fashion Check or VVV voucher. You will receive a new Olivia & Kate gift card code by email within 14 days of receipt. 

Can I use multiple gift cards in one order?

How nice that you have multiple gift cards! It is possible to use multiple gift cards in one order.

Olivia & Kate gift card, what are the conditions?

  • The Olivia & Kate gift card is valid for two years from the day of purchase.
  • The Olivia & Kate gift card cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Are you returning an item that you (partly) paid for with your gift card? Don't worry! We will simply put that amount back on your gift card.

Good to know: You cannot return the Olivia & Kate gift card!

Where can I spend my Olivia & Kate Gift Card?

The gift card can be spent both in our webshop and in our store in Haarlem.

You can have this scanned in the store during checkout. The amount will then immediately be deducted from the total amount.

Why is it not possible to pay with Fashioncheque?

Have you already activated your fashion voucher?

You can here activate your fashion voucher with your card number and activation code.

Have you already activated your fashion voucher?

Then you may have exceeded the limit of €50. If your purchase is more than €50, you can pay the remaining amount with another payment method.

Don't know why your fashion check isn't working?

Then we recommend that you contact fashioncheque customer service by sending an email to info@fashioncheque.nl



 

What is my Fashioncheque code?

For extra security, a fashion check code can also be requested in addition to a card number. This code always starts with the SC code and can be found on the back of the fashion cheque.

Why can't I pay with my VVV gift card?

Have you already activated your VVV gift card? 

If the VVV gift card was purchased in a store, it does not need to be activated. If the VVV gift card was purchased online and the amount on it is higher than €60, the gift card must first be activated. The email address with which the order was placed will receive an email to activate it.

Have you already activated your VVV gift card? 
Then you may have exceeded the limit of €50. If your purchase amount is higher than €50, you can pay the remaining amount with other payment methods. The remaining amount on the gift card remains on it.
