We are hiring! 

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague for our head office in Haarlem, immediately or as of September. In this position you assist the webshop manager and the service team in all office activities of the organization. You will be given a lot of responsibility and this will give you a good look behind the scenes. This allows you to develop yourself personally and professionally during your internship. 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing healthy lunch
  • HR administration work
  • Keep the office presentable
  • Receiving partners/visitors 
  • Organizing team outings/Friday afternoon drinks
  • Order office supplies
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Customer service support 
  • Processing invoices 
  • Support recruitment processes
    • Skills

  • You work in an organized and accurate manner
  • You are naturally hospitable and service-oriented 
  • You can multitask and set priorities well
  • You have a passion for fashion and the latest trends
  • You are independent, ambitious and a go-getter
  • You are flexible and don't have a 9-5 mentality

    • Must have:
  • Minimum MBO education
  • Is training towards becoming a management assistant
  • You are available 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
  • Living in the Haarlem area or in possession of an annual public transport pass 
  • You are in possession of your driving license B

  • Location: Haarlem center (near Haarlem station)
  • Start date: immediately or September 2022
  • Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Days: full-time
  • Period: minimum 4 months
  • Laptop: own laptop at your disposal
