Due to great success, our webshop will be launched within 3 months, www.olivia-kate.nl. Our webshop is now growing into one of the fastest growing webshops in the Netherlands. We are hiring! 

We are immediately looking for an enthusiastic colleague! In this position you are primarily responsible for all logistical facets within the company, stock replenishment of our store & webshop, and you are the first point of contact for our customers. 

Responsibilities:
  • Customer service mailbox
  • Webcare social media
  • Resolve back office ongoing issues
  • Warehouse inventory management
  • Daily replenishment of stock in store & webshop
  • Transport stock to store
  • Contact person for our distribution center
  • Process inbound daily
  • Process returns & exchanges
  • Breakage processing
  • Reporting & analyzing
  • Labeling products 
  • Office tasks

  • Minimum MBO education
  • You are in possession of a driving license (required)
  • Living in the Haarlem area
